February baking always feels a little more fun. Winter is still very much here (I’m making these sourdough egg noodles on repeat), but the recipes start to feel more playful—chocolate sourdough, sprinkles on my sourdough sugar cookies, and heart-shaped discard pizzas.
This month I’m bouncing between sweet Valentine’s Day treats and easy Super Bowl snacks that are made for feeding a crowd. Think cozy sourdough comfort food, chocolate-forward desserts, and breads that disappear fast once they hit the table.
