February Baking Checklist (2025)

February is one of my favorite months to bake. We’re back in a routine and branching out with sourdough bakes – I’m stocking my freezer with sourdough bagels, soft sourdough sandwich bread and my favorite sourdough English muffins!
We have some fun holidays and special days sprinkled in – Super Bowl weekend, Valentine’s Day and my kids have school off in the middle of the month, so I’m sure we’ll be whipping up some sourdough chocolate chip cookies too! This February list has some old favorites and a few fun ones sprinkled in. Find my February recipes below and come bake along with me!

PLEASE, PLEASE stop sending emails about one recipe and then not put it first when you got to the site. I still cant find the recipe for the Sourdough crackers but found 20 + other recipes.
And after 15 minutes of going thru the recipes sent today I am giving up.NOT NICE
Unfortunately, that’s not how my website works right now. I put the links for the recipe in the emails so you can click the link directly and get it from there. You can always type “crackers” or the name of something specific in the search bar and it will pop up that way. Another way is to search google by typing in “Amy Bakes Bread Crackers” and it will pop up that way. I don’t always put that recipe first on the website because it may be an older recipe that I’ve worked on that I’m re-sharing (like these crackers that were originally published a few years ago).
